Our roof cleaning process removes moss safely and effectively without the need for scaffolding. Using telescopic poles, scrapers, and wire brushes, we clear moss from the tiles before fully clearing out gutters and applying a biocide treatment.

The biocide works over time, killing any remaining moss, algae, and lichen, which are naturally washed away by rain over 8 months to a year (lichens may take longer). As the roof cleans itself, its natural colour will gradually return and stay that way for longer—the biocide leaves a protective salt layer that helps prevent regrowth.
